Hello.

My name is Abraham van der Linde.

Just me.

I live in Bloemfontein, South Africa. I am not famous nor am I a public figure, I am just a normal person that have a very lively passion when it comes to conservation.

Needless to say, I absolutely hate cruelty to animals. But that is not the extent of conservation in my mind. Our earth and everything on it was given to us ( man ) to love and to cherish and to look after, but we as caretakers of the earth has made some mistakes, either in ignorance and even on purpose in some cases. Mistakes that lead to the extinction and near extinction of several of animal and plant species. These mistakes are still on going and little to nothing is done to reverse the process.

My aim is to create an awareness in people throughout the world to the cause of conservation. Be it the conservation of animals, habitat or plants, I love this earth, and we ( man ) need to open our eyes and just look at the destruction around us. We created it. We need to correct it.

Will you help me, or will you turn your back on creation?

Every small contribution to conservation can slow the effect of our planet’s degradation, whether it’s the minimization of waste or the use of water and electricity sparsely. There are many things we can do.

So, I ask again.. Will you help me, or will you turn your back on creation?
